AI Skin-Tone Masking for images in email (and attachments)

Please add an AI-based human skin-tone masking for the ultimate in active protection from unwanted images.
unfortunately, a lot of people are getting emails with advertisements with all king of unwanted images. The Gmail profile picture may contain unwanted images.
Also, We can use them even on already approved sites to mask human skin (it not don't like to see them at all, no matter its approved by net free, it's not necessary to look at them in any case, it does not bring yiras shumaim when you look at them).
(me personal: People sending me attachments of Picture IDs (for certain business-related jobs), I do not want to see the images of some IDs, (a copy of the card is enough without the images) and therefore my older filter was set to mask all skin tone images in email and their attachments.).
Let me know if i am incorrect is some way. -

@צדיק-תמים But this raises security issues, since it will all be looked over by human, and a lot of email attachments contains private information.
