@מד כן, אבל מבירור אצלם, כעת אפשר לקבל IP קבוע בסים, רק בסים פלאפון (ולא סלקום ופרטנר). - אצל פרטנר מצאתי ב019 אפשר, אבל אצל סלקום עדיין לא מצאתי אפשרות לIP קבוע פרטי.
