.It would be great if certain live-streams could be opened - after checking their content
Of course this will only be relevant for specific live streams. One example is the Kotel live cameras

Live streams will be opened the same as all other sites , by sending a request to through the support ticketing system, if the contents will be found appropriate and within NetFree's standards it will be opened.

Well anything that Netfree can't know for 100% what will be screened will not be opened, The kotel cameras are open https://www.hidabroot.org/article/1136937 -
