expanding net frees service

some times a website can not be opened by net free due to a bug in the system our technical issues involved in the site unbaling then to filter it
so i think a idea would be to give a option to the customer to add a point and in return net frees agents should try and contact the support site and explain the issue and what it would require to enable a filter -

The site's administrators do not necessarily know how the website's developer built it.
The way to figure out is with trial and error and that is what NetFree does...
